The Fractionation Department & Pilot Plant aims to work on plant's raw materials, essentially from large-scale farming, to extract and isolate compounds more and more purified, describing the range of polymers to single molecules offering high added value.
The Fermentation Department has for aim to produce high value molecules from renewable ressources by using biotransformation with specific micro-organisms. These new molecules find applications in a wide range of industries such as the cometic industry, pharmaceutical industry and food industry.
The Agromaterial Department has for aim to develop new materials from agricultural raw materials. Numerous skills have been developed in the field of composites materials and polymer chemistry. Agromaterials department is involved in two research projects: Agrocomposites and Amival.
The Formulation Department, highly experienced in Cosmetic and Detergent formulation, assists you in the development of your products ranges. It is specialized in the use of raw material, which come from the vegetal world.
The Chemistry and Evaluation Department carries out green chemistry synthesis reactions from the laboratory to the pilot and physical and chemical tests for the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, phyto-medical and detergency fields.
The Analytical Science Department is specialized in the analysis of different molecules (sugars, proteins, lipids, minerals). It determines the composition of certain products (water content...) and carries out tests (biodegradability, irritability, microbiology).
The Environmental Technique Department answers your questions regarding ecological constraints, helps you in the modernisation of fermentative waste management, suggests different tests (Daphnia magna, earthworms, water Lemna minor, seeds germination…) up to adapted tests in real conditions. It answers the questions and trying needs regarding water and effluent treatments (process and rejections).
